Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and people-oriented Senior Administration & Counselor to oversee administrative operations while providing professional guidance and counseling support to students/clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, sound administrative knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administration

Manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain and organize records, documents, correspondence, and confidential information.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, students, parents, and external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, letters, notices, presentations, and other administrative documents.
Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
Monitor office supplies, facilities, and administrative requirements.
Support management in implementing organizational policies, procedures, and administrative systems.
Handle inquiries and ensure timely resolution of administrative matters.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure information is updated and accessible.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, orientations, workshops, and other institutional activities.

Counseling

Provide counseling and guidance to students/clients regarding academic, career, and related opportunities.
Understand individual needs, interests, qualifications, and career goals and provide appropriate guidance.
Communicate information clearly regarding courses, programs, admissions, career pathways, and related procedures.
Conduct one-to-one counseling sessions and maintain appropriate records and follow-ups.
Coordinate with relevant institutions, departments, or stakeholders regarding student/client requirements.
Follow up with prospective students/clients and maintain effective relationships.
Address concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to management when required.
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism while handling sensitive information.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in administration, counseling, education consultancy, student services, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management abilities.
Good command of English and Nepali, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and general office applications.
Strong customer/student service and relationship-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Mature, responsible, proactive, and professional attitude.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
