Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Ensure day to day administrative running of the office
Fleet management, vehicle management, fuel management, logistic arrangement
Provide support in program activities, meeting, seminar & workshop
Procure office supplies
Ensure that periodic inventory of the fixed assets (property) of the company is conducted
Ensure that government taxes (i.e. vehicles, house rent, electricity, telephone etc.) are paid on time
Can prepare various agreement related with house rent , distributors ,government letters etc., and able to type in Nepali

Salary Package:

40K with
CUG Sim
Fuel Allowance

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
Solid knowledge of office procedures
Attention to detail
Should have 3-4 years of experience in related field
Should be empathetic and able to manage
