Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

All data, transactions, recording will be done through accounting software, And should be excellent at Accounting software
Over all responsible to look after all banking activities, auditing, purchasing, stock management, employee Salary settlement and others payments of the employee & Vendors
Records data entry of daily purchase
Monthly Tax clearance, stock management, required to be done
Salary of employee need to prepare
Responsible for all banking and auditing fields work which need to be done for Mart
Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
Records payments whether in cash or credit
Issue receipts, refunds, Manage change for mart
Redeem stamps and coupons
Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
Responsible to order goods, make payments to vendors, ensure collect receipts
Manage all purchasing bills and sales invoice
Bar Code need to be created for different products as per required, for this training will be given
And as per company requirement, sometimes overtime work need to be done, for this OT extra will be paid

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor degree completed
Minimum 2 Year experience in Audit fields, Accounting Department, Good Knowledge about Tax, IMS Software
Full Time employee required,
Good Knowledge about MS Excel
Should have Excellent knowledge in IMS Software for all data recording
Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
Strong communication and time management skills

Note:

Candidate should have their own two-wheeler with valid driving license or else manage theirs transports to be on time.
