Diploma/CTEVT in Engineering (Specialized in Refrigeration & AC is preferable).

Must have wide knowledge and skills in repairing Commercial, Residential Air-conditioning and Chiller System.
Should have a sound knowledge of electrical and electronic fault diagnosis as applicable to the Air conditioning system.
Must have good communication skills
Knowledge computer systems (E-Mail, Word, Excel, Work Order Software) and reporting.

Job Description

Responsible for repair & maintenance and execute installation equipment when required.
Coordinates and plans service operations, leads team of Service Technicians in the field to ensure customer needs are being met efficiently, accurately and on-schedule.
Conduct maintenance, check leakage, its major parts, and conduct daily routine for inspections
Attend shift working when required.
Carry out the service and maintenance various types of air conditioning system.
Installation, repair and check its functions and status, fix spare parts
Encode the report damages
Provides accurate reports, work scheduling and billing.
Provides explanations to billing inquiries.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Provides timely communication within department, provides feedback.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by senior management.
