Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Preparing statutory annual accounts, management accounts for sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, charities, trusts etc.
Planning and completing assignments to a high standard of technical competence and within deadlines.
Assisting the portfolio manager & partner to achieve deadlines.
To undertake smaller and medium sized assignments independently or assist in larger assignments reporting to a Manager or Senior Manager.
Preparing and Reconciling VAT, PAYE, CIS and Corporation tax with the submitted/filed returns.
Preparation of personal and corporation returns for the clients.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Professional Certification

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Part Qualified ACCA with extensive experience in a UK practice environment
Strong academic background with knowledge in Statutory Accounts & Tax preparation
Experience in accountancy software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Free Agent, Sage, VT Transaction & MS Office
Have great attention to detail with commercial awareness
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organization skills
Analytical problem-solving skills
Comfortable working to deadlines
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
