• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Motivate sales associates to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
• Train new staff about product and sales
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations
• Arrange promotional material and in-store displays
• Prepare various reports and monitor the performance of the section
• Participate and lead the stock take of the assigned section
• Closely monitor the shelf life of the products
• Minimize floor damages
• Minimize shrinkage and monitor suspicious behaviour of staff and customers
• Assist Store Manager to set the re-ordering level of stocks
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest Store manager order new items
• Ensure every item sold has all the components intact

• Staffs are required in each ( FMCG, Electronics & Household and Mobile & Gadgets) sections
