Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Answer phone calls and redirect them as necessary
Manage daily, weekly and monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms
File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners
Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
Make travel arrangements
Document expenses and hand in reports

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Other Specification

Minimum qualification of bachelor's degree in business studies/business administration
Minimum of two years of proven working experience in a related field
Pleasing and outgoing personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Nepali and fluent in English including high-speed typing skill
Able to carry out duties and responsibilities with limited supervision
Experience in HR and administrative work with knowledge of the Labor Act.
Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude with professionalism
Able to travel as per company requirements
Willingness to work for extra hours when required
Excellent knowledge in report writing, report compilation, and documentation
Understanding of office organization and optimization techniques
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
Friendly and clear communication skills
