Roles and responsibilities of this job

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students in the secondary / lower secondary level.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
Utilize a variety of assessment methods to evaluate student progress and provide timely and constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary projects, participate in curriculum development, and share best practices for effective teaching and learning.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders through open communication, parent-teacher conferences, and involvement in school activities.
Stay updated on educational research, trends, and best practices in teaching and learning, and participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
