Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking qualified, dedicated, and enthusiastic Secondary Level Teachers for Mathematics, Science, Nepali and Social Studies to deliver high-quality instruction and foster a positive, student-centered learning environment. The ideal candidates will contribute to academic excellence while supporting the holistic development of students.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver effective and engaging lessons according to the prescribed curriculum
Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive, inclusive and disciplined learning environment
Assess, evaluate, and monitor student performance through tests, assignments, projects and continuous assessments
Maintain accurate academic records including lesson plans, attendance and student performance reports
Identify individual learning needs and provide academic support or remedial instruction when required
Encourage student participation, critical thinking, and active learning
Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators and school leadership to enhance teaching quality and academic standards
Participate actively in school programs, trainings, meetings and co-curricular activities
Communicate effectively with students, parents and school administration when necessary
Uphold the school’s values, policies and professional ethics at all times

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Master’s Degree) in the relevant field with at least 2 years of relevant teaching experience
Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the secondary-level curriculum
Ability to plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate and engaging lessons
Skill in creating a supportive and disciplined classroom environment
Competence in student assessment, evaluation, and academic documentation
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to continuous professional development and ethical teaching practices
