Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are currently looking for a Secondary Level Teacher who can teach Science and Social subjects to our students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging and interactive learning experience for our students in line with the school's curriculum. They will be expected to have a thorough understanding of the subject matter and use innovative teaching methods to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students. The role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage a classroom and build a rapport with students to facilitate a positive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver lessons for Science and Social subjects in accordance with the school's curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes critical thinking and fosters a love for learning.
Utilize a variety of teaching techniques to engage students and cater to their individual learning needs.
Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate with other teachers and participate in faculty meetings to share best practices and strengthen the curriculum.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other academic documentation.
Participate in school events and extracurricular activities, such as field trips and parent-teacher conferences.

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.

Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment.
Proficiency in using educational technology and other teaching aids.
Candidates must possess a valid teaching certification.
