Roles and responsibilities of this job

Deliver engaging and effective lessons to secondary level students.
Develop and implement curriculum plans in alignment with school standards and objectives.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic growth and personal development.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their progress.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and curriculum coherence.
Participate in extracurricular activities and school events as required.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance assessments.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic progress and concerns.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Master's Degree in related field.
Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a boarding school setting.
Proficiency in both English and Nepali, with the ability to express and teach effectively in both languages.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
Dedication to student success and a passion for teaching and learning.
