Roles and responsibilities of this job
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to secondary level students.
- Develop and implement curriculum plans in alignment with school standards and objectives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic growth and personal development.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and curriculum coherence.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events as required.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance assessments.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic progress and concerns.

- Master's Degree in related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a boarding school setting.
- Proficiency in both English and Nepali, with the ability to express and teach effectively in both languages.

- Dedication to student success and a passion for teaching and learning.
