Assess student progress through regular evaluations, tests, and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum enhancements and teaching methodologies.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that respects diversity and promotes academic excellence.
Use educational technology and digital resources effectively to enhance teaching and learning experiences in the classroom.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and other school-related activities to contribute to the school community and further professional growth.
