About the job

We are looking for a skilled SEO & Content Specialist to improve our online visibility and drive organic traffic through strategic SEO practices and high-quality content creation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in search engine optimization and a flair for crafting engaging, informative content that resonates with our target audience. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and web development teams to ensure that our digital presence is strong and aligned with our brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms and integrate them into web content.
Create, edit, and optimize high-quality content for our website, blog, social media, and other platforms.
Perform technical SEO audits and work with the web development team to resolve issues.
Build and maintain a robust backlink profile through outreach and partnerships.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Provide regular reports on SEO and content performance to the marketing manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a equivalent
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a strong portfolio of written content.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
Ability to create engaging, original content tailored to specific audiences.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on SEO data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of the study abroad industry is a plus.
