Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Sales person/Associates duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about your products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. You should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards.

Responsibilities:

Greets customers and demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
Helps customers select products, answers questions, and shares product knowledge.
Creates or updates customer profile records.
Processes purchases and returns.
Alerts management of potential security issues.
Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Helps with the store opening and closing process.

Working hours: (10:00 AM to 8:00 PM for male, 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM for female)-including breaks

Salary range: (12K -20K) depending upon the experience of the candidate

Days off: Monthly four days off/plus others upon negotiation

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Proven working experience in retail sales.
Working knowledge of market and customer requirements.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven track record of selling skills.
Proficiency of sales principles and customer service practices.
