Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales & Support Executive to promote and provide support for our accounting software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of the software.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain relationships with existing clients for potential upselling opportunities
Provide technical and functional support to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits.
Assist clients with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Train clients on software usage and best practices.
Document and escalate technical issues to the development team when required.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor Degree running in relevant field / +2 in management
Proven experience in software sales, IT support, or customer service are highly preferable.
Strong understanding of accounting software and financial management tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle client queries effectively.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and remote support tools.
