Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Pokhara, Nepal

Experience Required: 2-3 years in the Sales Department

Industry: Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team in Pokhara. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the sales department, preferably within the FMCG sector. As a sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Provide training and support to sales staff.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in the sales department.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in sales software and tools.
