Developing and sustaining long lasting relationships with customers
Market Visit to approach the potential customer
Calling Potential Customer to explain company products and encourage purchases
Answering customer’s questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant department as needed
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled client’s appointments, and client’s complaints
Preparing cost- benefit analyses for prospective and existing Client to determine the most suitable purchase option
Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success
