Sales Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused sales staff to join our team at our Thamel outlet. As a Sales Staff member, you will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will work in two different areas based on a rotational schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
•  Maintain knowledge of store products, promotions, and policies.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
•  Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints, or escalate to management when necessary.
• Support inventory management, including regular stock checks.
• Participate in shift opening and closing duties.
• Comply with store policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Sales report and senior management reporting
