Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales and building customer relationships at Baby Pasal. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping customers, and a strong knowledge of baby products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in finding products that meet their needs. 
• Drive sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting suitable products. 
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products in the store, including features, benefits, and pricing. 
• Assist in maintaining stock levels, replenishing shelves, and organizing displays to ensure an attractive and efficient shopping environment.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
• Gather and report customer feedback to management, contributing to the continuous improvement of store operations and product offerings.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. 
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a baby products store or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer-focused, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills.
• Friendly, patient, and empathetic with a genuine interest in helping customers. Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
