Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Greeting and directing customers
Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Serves customers by helping them select products
Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
Provides outstanding customer service.
Need to do the Visual Merchandising.
Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
Increasing in store sales.
Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
Assists with inventory, including receiving, and stocking merchandise.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum qualification: 12th pass cleared.
Desired experience: 1 year of retail experience.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Sales skills and negotiation abilities.
Product knowledge relevant to the industry.
