Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Employee will primarily be responsible for handling the organization's social media handles, replying to queries, taking orders, uploading content and other offline sales duties related.

Post content on social media regularly
Stay online and respond to customer queries
Handle customer service
Must be able to guide customers through the sales process by providing adequate product information.
Generate leads
Meet and exceed sales goals
Ensure that orders are fulfilled
Maintain and keep proper documentation
Prepare reports
Billing
