EB5 Investors Magazine is a leading publication providing in-depth news, insights, and expert analysis on the U.S. EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. We serve investors, legal professionals, and regional centers with updates on immigration law, investment trends, and policy changes. Our content includes interviews with industry leaders and success stories from EB-5 participants. We're seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales Person to help us drive growth in this competitive market.

Identify and establish contact with potential clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Understand customer needs and present appropriate products or services
Negotiate sales contracts and close deals
Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely follow-ups
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent the company
Report on sales performance and market trends to management

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of the industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Competitive salary with commission.

100000 base salary per month based on experience + commission at the level of 4% of sales
