Roles and responsibilities of this job

As a Salesperson in the Optical Department at Tilganga City Eye Center, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting eyewear solutions to enhance our clients' vision and style.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting eyewear products that meet their needs and preferences.
Actively engage in sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
Provide post-sale support, including adjustments, repairs, and replacements, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Complete administrative tasks such as maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and updating customer databases.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service delivery.

Qualifications:

Atleast 3-4 years of proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the optical industry.
Strong knowledge of eyewear products, including lenses, frames, and coatings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of selection of frames and lenses.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
Basic understanding of eye health and vision care is desirable.
