Kaha.com.np, a leading digital platform dedicated to cultural exploration in Nepal, is seeking a highly motivated Operations Support Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Partnership & Client Relations:
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential partners and clients (cultural institutions, tourism businesses, etc.)
- Craft compelling proposals highlighting the benefits of Kaha.com.np and its marketing/partnership opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with leads to convert them into paying partners.
- Manage and maintain positive relationships with existing partners and clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all partnership leads, client interactions, and agreements.
- Create and maintain clear documentation outlining partnership details and agreements.
Day-to-Day Operations Support:
- Assist the Operations Manager with various tasks, including managing internal databases, communication channels, and project timelines.
- Monitor platform activity and user feedback, identifying areas for operational improvement.
- Research and propose solutions to streamline internal workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
- Assist with content management tasks as needed (e.g., scheduling social media posts, updating partner information on the platform).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales, partnership development, or a related field.
- Proven success in building relationships, achieving sales targets, and managing client accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (bonus).
- A passion for Nepali culture and a desire to learn about different cultural aspects is a plus.
- Fluency in Nepali and English languages is required.
