Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the hospitality sector.
Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, event planners, local businesses, and other potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through regular communication, personalized service, and timely follow-up.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns, special events, and initiatives to increase restaurant visibility and attract guests.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to anticipate changes in consumer preferences and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients to ensure profitability while meeting their needs and expectations.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations throughout all sales activities.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Other Specification

Bachelor degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field. Master's Degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role in the hospitality industry
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve collective goals.
Experience in setting sales strategies and managing sales processes effectively
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in the hospitality industry.
