A Mart is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting our wide range of quality products, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. Your primary goal will be to create a positive shopping experience and help customers find products that meet their needs at reasonable prices.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations.
Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
Ensure shelves are stocked and organized.
Operate cash register and handle billing transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, providing satisfactory solutions.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets.
Utilize computer typing skills for data entry and inventory management.
Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive products to better assist customers.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Less than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum High School graduate.
Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required.
Passion for sales and customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer typing skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
