About the job

Better Home Appliances is looking for a mid-level Sales Officer who will be responsible to oversee the sales and marketing of our products at Jhapa, Birtamode.

The following are the major responsibilities of the candidate:

Conduct D2D sales to potential customers to represent and sell company products.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Achieve provided sales targets.
Gather customer information and feedback to assist in improving sales and marketing strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

The candidate must fulfil the following requirements for the role:

Bachelor's degree in related field.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license.
Atleast 2-3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the home appliance industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.
