Job Description

  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and prospecting activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets identifying growth opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and value proposition presenting and demonstrating products to clients, highlighting features and benefits that address their needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure and account management.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
  • Engage in negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients ensuring smooth contract and agreement finalization, adhering to company policies and terms.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and customer preferences providing feedback to the Sales Manager on market dynamics and potential areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and client interactions and generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
