Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales by identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels, including direct sales, phone calls, emails, and social media.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Present and demonstrate the company’s products or services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, tracking progress toward targets and providing insights on sales performance.
Gather feedback from customers and communicate it to the product development and customer service teams to improve offerings.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall performance.

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Salary & Benefits:

Starting salary of 17,500, with a potential increase after one month based on performance evaluation.
