Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an all-encompassing marketing strategy, focusing on boosting our online visibility through compelling social media content, SEO-optimized materials, and standout digital advertising campaigns.
  • Forge and sustain direct ties with a diverse range of key partners such as hotels, casinos, eateries, NGOs, trekking groups, and event management firms.
  • Harness the specific requirements of our clients to deliver tailored services, thereby augmenting client satisfaction and fidelity.
  • Stay updated with industry shifts through rigorous market analysis and embed these revelations into our marketing blueprint.
  • Collaborate intimately with the sales unit to harmonize marketing and sales objectives.
  • Scrutinize and communicate the efficacy of marketing campaigns, employing this data to refine upcoming initiatives.
  • Oversee the marketing financial plan, confirming that all marketing endeavors yield a substantial ROI.

Preferable Qualities:

  • Holding a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an analogous field. A Master's qualification or its equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role, ideally with a background in the travel and tours domain.
  • Mastery over digital marketing paradigms, inclusive of SEO, social media, and content promotion.
  • Demonstrable aptitude for fostering resilient ties with clients and a profound comprehension of client relationship management.
  • Stellar communication, leadership, and presentation flair.
  • Capacity to dissect market tendencies and incorporate findings into marketing approaches.
  • Acquaintance with marketing software and digital platforms.
  • Experience in offline marketing strategies will be an added benefit.
