Roles and responsibilities of this job

Identify new business opportunities, maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients and drive the business for maximum utilization of existing resources
Drive to exceed agreed targets in revenue and volume
Design and execute appropriate sales and marketing plan for respective office in line of corporate plan
Analyze and forecast changes in logistics industries
Manage service quality and customer experience

Qualification:

Minimum 2 years of experience of working in a freight forwarding and/or logistics environment with an understanding of Ocean, Air Freight imports and export business, inland road and customs clearance procedures.

Desired Qualities:

Knowledge of overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for the freight forwarding business
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Proven ability to work effectively with numbers, data, details and processes
Intermediate level skill in MS Word and MS PowerPoint and advanced level skill in Excel
Should have own two-wheeler and driving license
