Roles and responsibilities of this job

Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion
Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company's external PR agency to see them executed
Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers
Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan
Developing and implementing an internal marketing program

Must have 3-5 years of experience in FMCG marketing field especially Tea/Coffee marketing/sales
Should possess good presentation and communication skills
Must have good commanding with modern trade sector
Knowledge and understanding of business development and sales activities
Ability to work independently & manage priorities
Should have a pleasing personality

Preferred:

Valid two wheeler or four wheeler driving license
Good negotiation skills
