Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Set monthly action plan and focus on complete field marketing
Identify customers’ requirements
Identify potential business opportunities and analyze sales options
Sell service by establishing contact and developing relationship with clients
Conduct direct marketing by visiting clients as well as tele-sales on daily basis
Make date wise reports of the sales conducted and provide it to the management on daily basis
Maintains good relationship with clients by providing them better service and information
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information on monthly basis
Maintains quality service to clients by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Coordinate with customer service desk for service executions of the business sold
Meet sales target set by the company on an annual basis
Contribute to team effort by co-coordinating with inter-departments as needed

Salary : Rs 30,000 Gross + Incentives if meet the target.

Bachelor Degree completed with good command in English & Hindi
Sound knowledge in MS Office package (especially word, outlook, PowerPoint & excel)
Good presentation skills and energy level
Effective communication skills in English and Hindi
Good negotiation skills with ability to maintain client relationship
Capable to work effectively under pressure maintaining healthy office environment
Excellent analytical and leadership skills are advantages
