About the job

Responsibilities

Manage assigned market business and product portfolio management;
Manage channel distribution, achieve/exceed growth and sales targets by successfully conducting business plan and market analysis, exploring new business opportunities to meet and /or exceed defined OKR target;
Identify/develop new distributors or sub distributors network (National/Regional Level); maintain strong relationship with all distributors;
Evaluate and provide trainings to distributors to develop potential distributors' capabilities to meet the standard;
Monitor retailer offtake performance and seek continuous improvement to drive sales growth and ensure rational stock inventory of distributors;

Qualifications

3+ years' experience in Sales, Business Development.
Experience in Vape/ E-Cigarette industry would be highly preferred, or relevant industries e.g.: FMCG, Consumer Electronic, etc.
Local Distributors/ Wholesalers resources;
Willing to travel as per business needs.
