Roles and responsibilities of this job

As a Sales Executive at Rozil Thapa Group of Companies, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market reach. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. This position offers the opportunity to lead and motivate a dynamic team while contributing to the overall business objectives of the company.

Job Responsibilities :

Build relationships with clients and customers.
Advise clients or customers about our products.
Provide customer service to the customers.
Research the market and competition for the product.
Negotiate on price, quantities and specifications.
Create proposals and make bids for business.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions or events of the product.
Record sales figures and produce reports.
Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and other third parties.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Required Age:More than 25 years

Other Specification

Bachelors in Management or Arts or related field.
At least 3-5 years experience in the field of electronic items (Mobiles phones, CCTV Cameras, Laptop, Wi-Fi routers).
Strong leadership and managerial skills with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to formulate effective strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Salary:

Rs 25,000 and 2% commission on Sales.
