Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining excellent public relations with our dealers, managing our sales staff, and achieving the sales targets set by the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets set by the company
Maintain excellent public relations with dealers and customers
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve their targets
Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the team
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with key customers
Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management
Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services
