Roles and responsibilities of this job

Candidates have to do job online sales and marketing where company are based on AliExpress which is online Software so candidates must be very enlightful and have patients

Responsibilities:

Responsible for sales in assigned product and targeted area
Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase volume
Organize and monitor sales target and distributors performance
Focus on acquiring new customers, developing close relations and providing excellent customer service
Implement scheme as per the guidelines
Develop new clients and areas for promotion of products
Availability of products at the right place
Inform about competitor & industries analysis
Prepare and submit weekly sales of distributors & scheme effectiveness report
Prepare and submit Monthly sales plan
Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Required Age:More than 18 years

Fluent in english
Should be able to communicate with the customer , its okay if an candidates can use computer or not , but speaking english is very important , also the candidates can use computer are given priorities
Candidates can work on day or night shift both
Should be able to work under the pressure
Must be adaptable, persuasive, self-motivated and goal driven
Strong communication skills
Client relationships management
Strong Negotiation skills
Strong with Computer Skills - Email, MS Office
