Job Description

Actively involve in CRM procedure of the organization
Involve in making sales calls (Cold/Warm).
Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and guide them through the sales process.
Update social media pages
Manage and organize training for the customers
Answer customer queries, provide product information, and offer solutions to their needs or concerns.
Maintain a deep understanding of the products or services being offered.
Maintain and update sales and customer records as required, and provide reports to management as needed
