Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Incharge at Oliz Store Chitwan Branch located in Bharatpur-02. The Sales Incharge will play a key role in driving sales and providing excellent customer support

Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending products that best suit their requirements.
Provide an exceptional customer experience by offering product knowledge, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple products, features, and updates to effectively educate customers and make informed product recommendations.
Ensure that the store displays are attractive and products are presented in an organised and appealing manner.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.

Qualifications:

Customer Service and Communication skills
Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets and basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
Minimum of 2 year of sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
A passion for technology and gadgets, with a strong interest in Apple Products.
