Mingcolor Shopping Pvt ltd. an aggressive multi category products online/offline leading seller is seeking a motivated candidate to join our team as a Sales Girl. As a mid-level member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our products to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand and communicate product features and benefits to customers.
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling products.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Keep track of inventory and restock shelves as needed.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Previous sales experience preferred.
