Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

To initiate specification process & getting specification approval from influences. Closely work with Architects,Interior Designers,PMCs & partners to assure that KICH Products are recommended by these influences & sold in the projects. Actively managing & looking for product specification process. This role is similar to business development role. Role involves only specification, no sales.

Responsibilities:

Building Relationship with Architects, Interior Designers to specify for projects
Coordinating with our Sales / Business Development Team
Preparing the Effective Company Presentation & presenting to Business Influencers
Analyzing competitor & making suitable Brand Promotion Strategy
To Organise & Particpate in Meets, Exhibitions & Fairs

Other Responsibilities:

Sales of UPVC Windows & Doors in Showroom and Marketing with Architects
Sales and marketing of Hardware products
Auto Cad Designing of Clients Requirements

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 4 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduation Degree (Not Mandatory)
Preferably from building material industry, not mandatory
Results-oriented and team player
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a related field
With existing network of contacts among architectural firms and PMCs are preferred

Soft Skills:

Good in communication
Sound presentation skills
Quick learner
Confident, energetic and has the appetite to work in a start-up and grow faster
