We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to have a flair for sales, a deep appreciation for fine jewelry, and a desire to help customers find the perfect pieces that fit their style and needs. As a member of the ALAMKARA team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to the store’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting jewelry that fits their style, preferences, and budget.
Provide detailed information about the materials, designs, and features of ALAMKARA’s jewelry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent after-sales service.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
Manage the store’s inventory, keeping track of stock levels and assisting with replenishment.
Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining an organized and welcoming store environment.
Stay updated on jewelry trends and product knowledge.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
