Roles and responsibilities of this job

Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential
Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery
Responsible to handle technical sales inquiries accurately
Responsible to do a continuous follow-up with leads/clients
Responsible to handle client retention process
Ensure that all documentation, record, compliance are maintained properly to avoid any loss of record/information
Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Must have completed B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical, Electronics) with 0-3 yrs Experience in Industry
Must be able to listen to customer’s desire and concern and then recommend solutions
Should be self-confidence and persuasive when making sales presentation
Must have extensive knowledge of the Generators & Compressors
