Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are a rapidly growing company seeking a new, eager and responsible Sales Representative who is familiar with Tiles, Sanitary, Plumbing and hardware assisting contractors and homeowners with their projects. This a full-time position and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.

Some position responsibilities include:

Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
Effectively cross-selling additional products and supplies
Reporting to Showroom Manager as needed
Accepting and applying payments accurately
Providing clear communication for customer pickups and deliveries
Addressing and resolving service concerns in a timely and effective manner
Being responsive to customer calls and placing sales orders while promoting company and brand.

Some preferences for consideration include:

At least 2-5 years of experience in relative field.
Familiarity with retail sales in building product supplies.
Experience in working with quoting software.
Ability to take initiative and be proactive in completing job duties and solving problems
Creative thinker with attention to detail, and exemplary time management capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Possess a positive attitude
Two Wheeler - Mandatory

In addition to these requirements, we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with others and excels under pressure. Punctuality is expected.
