Sales Associate

The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and managing two-wheeler exchange programs, educating customers on resale value and benefits, handling exchange transactions, and assisting customers throughout the purchase of new two-wheelers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explain two-wheeler resale value and exchange benefits to customers
• Assist customers with complete exchange details for new and used two-wheelers
• Generate new sales through exchange programs and direct sales
• Guide customers throughout the new two-wheeler purchasing process
• Maintain accurate records of exchange transactions
• Build strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and company sales targets
