Job Description

As a Sales and Social Media Associate, you will manage daily operations at our sales counter, handle online order requests, pack products for dispatch, and assist in daily office management. At the same time, you will go live on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to engage with customers, promote our products, and drive online sales — earning sales commissions on top of your salary.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers at the office sales counter.
Handle incoming online orders and inquiries.
Make videos featuring our products for marketing purposes and earn a sales commission on any resulting purchases.
Pack products neatly and coordinate with delivery personnel.
Open TikTok Live / Facebook Live sessions daily to promote and sell products
Maintain stock records and basic office organization.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
Provide excellent customer service, both online and offline.
