Position: Sales and Service Manager

Location: Kathmandu 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in various sectors including hospitality, commercial, and residential markets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and deliver technical presentations.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Prepare and present detailed and competitive proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the engineering, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback on product performance and market needs to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals.
• Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings of MEP Works.
• Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.
• Manage and report the site material inventory to management/procurement team.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Experience working with hotels and hospitality staff is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• ·Willingness to travel as required.
• Mandatory two wheelers and license.
