Valid driver’s license of two wheeler compulsory and possess own vehicle
Must be willing to travel to various regions of Nepal to render pre-sales & after-sales services as assigned by supervisor.

Job Description

Able to diagnose the problem to the root and identify the main cause of problem and determine proper solutions
Repair and Maintenance of Medical Equipment
Responsible for installation of Medical Equipment
Handle component level of repair
Responsible for daily reporting
Provide technical support
Keeping pace with new developments in the field
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Orientation towards troubleshooting, coordinating with marketing departments, capable to become product specialists
Acquire frequent trainings for Medical products and initiate sales & service visits with presentation/demonstrations as per needs
Create AMC from clients and keep record of all data as per visits and actions taken
Setting and achieving target and goals.
