Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Officer to join our team. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of products, including silver pearls and cardamom powder, to customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently.

Roles & Responsibility:

Create comprehensive marketing strategies to promote large cardamom products,

Identify target markets, understand consumer behavior, and set clear objectives.

Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Develop a deep understanding of company products, including their features, benefits, and uses.

Educate customers about the quality and uniqueness of our products to drive sales.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis.

Set and achieve sales targets and objectives within specified timeframes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred, Bachelor's running are encouraged to apply.

Proven experience in sales or marketing roles is a plus, but freshers with a strong interest in marketing and sales are encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Familiarity with MS Office applications and basic computer skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle for transportation will be a preferred.
