• Designing a marketing and sales strategy for economical and luxury swimming Pools
• Generate new sales, develop new customer range, customer group
• Introduction of new products and services
• New market development and product research
• Managing sales management information and a customer segment wise database
• Follow up with the clients and log and evaluate all service requests, customer suggestions and complaints
• Delivering proposals and collecting letters from the client
• Interacting and collection of customer inputs from Operation and Board
• Investigation of reduced sales and customer frustration in non-successful projects
• Coordination with Operation relating to site survey and collecting post and site instruction
• Achieve targeted price increase and contribute on achieving assigned sales target
• Prepare necessary reports, keep track of targeted sales
• Analyzing customer issues as per feedback and passing it to the concerned functionary for necessary action and follow up on the same
• Responding to emergency calls of clients and resolving issues
• Design quotation for the projects and inquiries
